"16 yr old vines were thinned to 2.5 tons/acre to produce exceptional flavours and colour concentration. Black cherry and spice w/ notes of violets and velvety tannins creating a full bodied Pinot. Aged 100% in French Oak barrels. Decant for 1/2 hr to open up. Taste now or cellar for 8-10 years. Unfiltered."
