"The dark plum/garnet-colored 2007 Syrah Page-Nord Vineyard reveals a sweet bouquet of red and black currants, truffles, earth, and roasted herbs. Round, generous, up-front, and richly fruity with some tannin lingering in the finish, it should drink nicely for 5-7 years. From the Lee family, who also runs the reliable Siduri winery, they have produced four outstanding Syrahs from their fruit acquisitions in the Santa Lucia Highlands."
