"Color: deep; Aromas: mineral, spicy, black berry; Sweetness: dry; Finish: persistent; black-purple opaque color with great viscous legs. tight on the nose, but with time opened up to give cedar, tobacco, blackberry aromas. ripe blackberry fruit with great structure and a nice background of cedar and sweet tannin. long finish that begged for some game to accompany it. The grilled lamb chops were perfect. Happy Bastille Day
