"Color: pale; Nose: fragrant; Aromas: herbal, sweet, citrus fruit, tree fruit; Acidity: lively; Sweetness: dry; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: pleasant; Very light yellow almost pale in the glass. Lots of citrus smells coming through, definitely grapefruit along with something more exotic. Hints of green apples and herbs also. Wow, lots of grapefruit on mid palate, then some serious fighting on the back palate, first some serious tartness (like something metallic got in your mouth) which is immediately replaced by some nice sweetness. Also tasted a little chalk dust. This has a very interesting palate profile that I really enjoyed. Overall, this is dry, medium-bodied wine that is well balanced with a clean finish. Paired quite well with grilled hamburgers and baked potatoes."
