"Bold flavors that will probably mellow over time. Velvety - not as much as the 2005 - with black currants and a very slight hint of cherries. Overall, less balanced than the 2005 but the consistency held throughout the palate. Finish was somewhat short and tannic, would do well in the cellar or some additional time decanting."
