"Color: pale; Sweetness: dry; Finish: medium; Quite closed on first uncorking, with a bit of a green scent and flavor. Over the next few hours, the wine became smoother, more elegant, tasting the way you'd expect a Burgundy to taste. The next day, though, it was gone."
