"Pale green-yellow. Apricot and crushed green peppercorn along with a hint of lemon thyme on the nose. Taut and minerally in the mouth, with firm acid spine framing the apricot, yellow apple and subtle tobacco flavors and extending the finish. Quite appetizing. Drink now to 2013."
