85 points "A little light but still opaque. Being a 2006 there should be little aging however, there was a slight amber edge to the rim and this was symptomatic of the wine iteslf! Sweet cassis on the nose, pungent/heavy but uncomplex. Guava and a light citrus, ripe strawberry and later on a more dense ripe fruit/veg nose. On the palate a little thin with ripe blackberry, banana, salt, lime and strawberry. Light bodied with an acidity that somewhat overwhelmed the tanin. Overall a lightweight wine with a short length and soft on the palate. However, a light easy drink which, at the price, was a good regular drinking wine." Best 2009-2016
